For over 35  years, the Kentucky School Plant Management Association has hosted an Annual Conference that is dedicated to Facility Managers and Facility Personnel.  Over the years, KSPMA has become an authority on all things related to Facility Management.  Our Association is recognized by Kentucky Department of Education, Kentucky School Board Association, Kentucky Association of School Superintendents,  Ohio Valley Cooperative, Kentucky Educational Development Cooperative and many others as the Authority when it comes to K-12 Facility Management.  Our members have over 2,250 years of combined experience when it comes to K-12 Facility Management.  

Our Annual Conference is held each year in mid October and usually has over 75 vendors, 275-300 attendees and offers over 12-15 breakout sessions that are related to topics such as:

CONFERENCE OUTLINE

Our Annual State Conference is a 4 day event.  On Monday and Tuesday our Association hosts Pre-Conference Training for Kentucky State Licensed Tradesman in HVAC/Plumbing/Electrical trades.  Our tradeshow starts on Wednesday morning at 7:00AM and goes until 5:00PM.  It resumes on Thursday from 7:00AM until 11:00AM.  Below is the outline of our Annual State Conference.

Booth Information


Standard Booths at our conferences are 8' Long X 4' Deep with a 6' Long X 30" wide tables.  All tables are skirted, and come with 2 chairs, wastebasket and electric.  Standard booths include 2 meal passes for all meals except the banquet dinner, 2 name badges for staff, company listed in the program book.  Price: $1,700.00


Premium Booths at our conferences are 16' Long X 6' Deep with 2 6' Long X 30" wide tables.  tables are skirted and come with 4 chairs, wastebasket and electric.  4 of our Premium booths are located just outside the tradeshow giving you PREMIUM EXPOSURE.  Your booths will be visible to every attendee going in and out of the tradeshow along with right next to where all the Food and Beverages are served.  2 of our Premium booths are located inside the tradeshow on the end rows right next to where the attendees eat. Premium booth includes 4 meal passes for all meals including 2 for the banquet dinner.  1 Bank-On-It Scanner, Monte' Carlo Sponsorship including 2- Tickets, sponsorship of all meals, Attendee list (full contact information) 72 hours before the event and 90 seconds to promote your company at the opening session.   Price: $6,000.00

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES 

The Association offers many sponsorship opportunities for our Exhibitors and their staff.  

Sponsor the General Session 4- Opportunities ($1,000.00) 
Sponsoring the General Sessions will give your company a spotlight about the products and services you offer.  You get 90 seconds to present those services with the attendees in the room along with your company logo flashing on the digital signboards.  Your company will also be listed in the program books as the sponsor of the General Sessions.  


Sponsor Breakfast- 6 Opportunities ($1,000.00) 

Our group likes to eat, there is no denying that food and beverage at the Marriott Hotel is top notch and being recognized as the sponsor of the meals will get your company well liked by the attendees.  Your company logo will be promoted on the digital signboards, in the program books and on standalone tabletop signs.  


Sponsor Beverage Stations- 6 Opportunities ($750) 

Coffee, water, and tea are served daily during the conference.  This is a great low cost opportunity to have your company's logo on a table top sign showing as the sponsor of the beverage stations.  In addition to the tabletop sign, your company will be recognized in the program book as the beverage sponsor. 


Sponsor Lunch- 6 Opportunities ($2,000.00)

Our group likes to eat, there is no denying that food and beverage at the Marriott Hotel is top notch and being recognized as the sponsor of the meals will get your company well liked by the attendees.  Your company logo will be promoted on the digital signboards, in the program books and on standalone tabletop signs.  In addition your company will get a 30 second advertisement announcement that will play every 10 minutes for two hours during the lunch/tradeshow times.  


Sponsor the Annual Banquet- 4 Opportunities ($2,500.00)

Being the sponsor of the banquet dinner will get your company high visibility with the members of the Association.  Your company will be recognized on the digital sign boards, program books, and table top signs during the banquet dinner.  You also get the opportunity to address the attendees for up to 3 minutes before the Annual Association Business Meeting, plus you get 1 meal ticket to sit at the Presidents table as his guest.  

Sponsor Monte' Carlo- 10 Opportunities ($1,000.00) 

Our Monte' Carlo event has been a huge hit for over a decade.  We bring Vegas to the Annual Conference with full size games that include blackjack, poker, craps, and roulette.  On average 175 conference attendees will be living it up Vegas Style.  Your sponsorship gives you one pass to attend this event.  You can also opt in and be a table dealer. Captivate the players with your card game skills.


Bank-On-It Scanners- 20 Opportunities  ($500.00)

Since 2020, we have operated our own digital gamification program during the tradeshow.  Participating Exhibitors get a hand-held scanner to capture the attendees information when they visit your booth.  Participants are strongly encouraged to attend each Bank-On-It supporter so that they have an opportunity to win additional prizes.  They can only win if they visit each participating Exhibitor.  Talk about driving attendees to your booth, this game does just that.  In addition you get recognition in the program book, digital signs, and announcements.   At the end of the conference you will receive a detailed spreadsheet of all the attendees who visited your booth.  


Sponsor the Spouses Program-  4 Opportunities ($500.00) 

This is one of our most overlooked opportunities for Exhibitors.  Many of our conference attendees bring their spouses just for the spouse program.  Every year our Activities Director selects activities for just the spouses.  Being the sponsor will get you many bonus points with the spouses who in turn will let their significant others know about all the fun they had.  


VIP After Hours- 2 Opportunities ($2,500.00) - SOLD OUT

The Association has two private VIP rooms after hours.  The VIP after hours guest are only invited by the hosts of the room (up to 20 people per room).  Inside the room you will find a wet bar, roulette table, poker tables with all the chips, and appetizers.  The VIP room is open from 9:00PM - 2:00AM- Please note that a noise ordinance goes into effect at 11:00PM.
