Effective January 1^st, 2021 the Association now offers:

The Vendor Membership Program

The Vendor Partner Membership is an Annual Membership fee paid by a vendor for membership benefits with the Association:

·         Discounted Booth Rentals at all events

·         Access to the Membership Database (All Members: Names, addresses, phone numbers, emails, etc.)

·         Notifications when new members join the Association.

·         Access to the District Membership Webinar’s

·         Access to the District Membership Forums and Discussion Boards

·         Access to the District Membership Buy/Sell/Trade Forum -Promote your business.

·         Access to the Quarterly Executive Directors On-Line Membership Meetings

·         Vendor would be Approved as a KSPMA Preferred Vendor Partner (PVP) Get a Seal of Approval to use on promotional publications to members and use on their website.

·         Booth recognition as a member of the Association

·         Attend the Associations Annual Business Meeting (limit 2 attendees) 

·         Attend the Associations Annual Reunion (limit 1 attendee)

·         Attend the Executive Directors Annual Golf Scramble

·         Sign (Logo) at golf scrambles as a sponsor of the event

·         Vendor employees and their immediate family eligible to apply for KSPMA Scholarships (SADE-1 and SA-1) as per the Bylaws. 

·         Discounted Advertising Opportunities

·         Quarterly Newsletter Participation and Access

·         Participate in the weekly Webinars.

·         Digital Commercial Advertisement hosted on the Associations Website (Video Trailer)

·         Company Name in the Preferred Vendor Directory for District Members

·         Discounted Golf Scramble Hole Sponsors

·         Ability to run for Vendor Rep position on the Associations Board of Directors

·         Exclusive Voting Privileges to elect the Vendor Rep to the Board of Directors.

Vendor Partner Membership period is from January 1^st to December 31^st there is no prorating of membership fees.

Vendor Partner Membership Discount breakdowns are found on the website under "Vendor Pricing 2021" 

Vendor Partner Membership Packages* include:

• Executive Level Vendor Partner
• Presidents Level Vendor Partner
• Diamond Level Vendor Partner 

*The Annual Membership Fees are included in these Membership Packages. 

Annual Fee is $650.00 and supports the Association.

Vendor Membership are not required to have a booth at any event.

Booths are picked in the order of: Executive Level, Presidents Level, Diamond Level, Members, Non-Members.

Golf Sign sponsors are in order of: Executive Level, Presidents Level, Diamond Level, Paid Members, Non-Members.  Total Limit is 19 Sponsor signs per event.
